We’ve created this section so that customers know what to expect when arriving at the You Dee | Thai Spa

Firstly we totally understand that some people coming to see us may have never had a massage in their life. Having realised this, we would like to offer you some information on what to expect.

What happens when I arrive?

If you turn up early you can sit in our reception area until it’s time to be seen, you will be welcomed and shown into the therapy room and allow you to get ready, there are towels to cover yourself for you on the bed for you to get comfortable, we suggest that you turn off your mobile phone so you can drift away and relax without any interruptions. When ready lay face down on to the therapy bed and await the therapist to come to start treatment.

What do you need to bring with you?

Don’t worry about bringing anything with you, we have robes, towels and drapes to make you feel as comfortable as possible. We also provide for showering, shampoo and soap for you.

I’m worried about allergies with certain oils, can you use plain unscented oils?

Please make the therapist aware of any allergies and we will accommodate for you.

What if I am late for my appointment?

We try to be as accommodating as possible with clients, if we are able to delay your appointment we will try our best to accommodate, but on busy days it is not always possible, please allow good time for arrival as we often have other clients with appointments later that day.

How to pay for your treatment?

We accept cash & all major credit and debit cards.
